ARTICLE 7: PROCESSING – DELIVERY (COVID-19 EDIT)
We deliver to your home or to a relay point. Naruto Shop ® delivers worldwide. The buyer is notified by email of the different stages of order tracking: preparation and delivery. Upon order placed, customer has 24 hours to ask for modification related to its parcel. After this delay, Naruto Shop ® considers that the order information is correct and will transfer it to its suppliers to start the processing process. Once the processing steps have started, order cannot be modified or cancelled.
Orders cancelled before processing are refundable directly by our payment processor. Delay for refunds depend on your banks services and can take up to 10 business days. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Processing time can take up to 5-7 working days before shipment is dispatched in specific situations.
The delivery time includes the preparation time and delivery by our carrier. The announced delivery time of 60 workings days maximum is valid from the reception by the buyer of the order confirmation email. Orders exceeding 60 working days without successful delivery are eligible for a refund according to the terms listed below.
ARTICLE 8: WARRANTY – RETURNS – REFUNDS – CANCELATIONS
The items provided by https://mynaruto-shop.com are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those of the traditional trade and come from all the referenced publishers and suppliers.
Processing step completed, orders become “fulfilled” and the shipping process begins. Parcels tracking numbers are transferred to their purchaser by our system to the email address indicated on the invoice. Orders who have reach the “fulfilled” step cannot be cancelled anymore by the customers.
If the customer wants to return his order, he/she must communicate with our customer service and wait for a return address that will be provided once our team has confirmed with our supplier that the corresponding items are available for return. Once the return address has been provided, the customer has 14 days to initiate a return procedure by sending all the new and unused items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all accessories, instructions and documentation and with the corresponding invoice at the address providedfeaturing on the parcel slip, written in the same language than the original. Orders with several parcels must be send back to each supplier individually.
If it happened that an article is defective or not in conformity, the purchaser has 15 working days, as from the reception of the articles, to ask for an exchange or a refund. If the fifteen (15) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or day off, it is extended to the next business day. The customer must send proof of the defect(s) to contact.[email protected] (description and photos attached) before engaging any return procedure.
In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, Naruto Shop ® is required to reimburse the sums paid by the client, without charge, except for the return shipping costs. Reimbursement is due within a maximum of 14 business days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).
Shipping fees for return procedures remain at the cost of the customers.
In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it will be made within 14 days or less from the date of receipt of the returned package. No C.O.D. shipment will be accepted, whatever the reason.
Reasons not eligible for a refund:
- Products on sale are not refundable
- Wrong size ordered
- Unsuccessful deliveries due to:
- Wrong shipping address mentioned on the contract of sale
- Issues with local postal services or customs
- Mailbox not found or not easily identifiable
- Return-to-sender package
ARTICLE 8.1: COVID-19
In times of pandemic crisis, Naruto Shop ® is only judge if he deems that the risk of health contamination on the date of the right of return is exercised by the customer is acceptable.
In case of the pandemic situation would impede the proper exercise of this close, Naruto Shop ® is on his right to refuse any return to prevent to propagate any Biorisk to other individuals and their environment in accordance with the laws in force in the states listed at https://consumer.findlaw.com/consumer-transactions/customer-returns-and-refund-laws-by-state.html.
ARTICLE 9: FORCED ORDER CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
Forced order cancellations are not provided anymore.
